Rebecca Thatcher was a high-level administrator at Zzyzx.

After being informed that 781227 was still alive, Rebecca ordered Cyrus Reynolds to pursue and eliminate him and his mysterious protector as soon as possible.
She soon discovered that Kyle's mysterious protector was Tom Foss. Rebecca was later informed that David and Julie Peterson, Kyle's real parents had taken him home. Cyrus told her that the paper trail lead to a dead end.

Rebecca and Zzyzx were still on the trail on Kyle and soon found out that he was staying with the long-missing Adam Baylin. Rebecca sent agents to eliminate him. In retaliation, Tom Foss firebombed Zzyzx headquarters, killing everyone inside.
