Lily was a secretary at the University of Washington.

After finding a picture of a student at the university that looking like him during the eighties, Kyle asked Anna Manfredi to find out who he was. She promised she would look into it as soon as possible.
The next morning, Anna arrived at the door where Kyle, Lori, and Declan were staying. Lily was with her. She said that she worked at the university during the eighties and that the student in the picture was a student of William Kern's: Adam Baylin.
Kyle insisted he know how to contact Adam, but Lily told him he had been missing for twenty years.
