After the incident at the carnival, Julia arrived at the hospital with her husband, David. They claimed that they were Kyle, or Noah's, birth parents.
At first, Kyle refused to go with them, but afer a conversation with Tom Foss in the woods, Kyle lied and said he remembered them. Kyle left with the Petersons, but not before leaving clues for Declan to discover that it was all a lie.
While driving, Kyle complimented the Peterson's for being such good actors. They replied it was their job. They arrived at a mansion. Kyle asked to whom it belong, but they only replied they were instructed to take him here, nothing else.

Julia and David were said to have been killed in a car crash, but it was a lie by Brian Taylor so Kyle could return to the Tragers.

Because Julia and her husband were actors, it is possible that their names were not really Julia and David Peterson. But since those were the only names given on the show, that is what the page will be called.
The name Julia Peterson may be a reference to the name of Dr. Julie Peterson, a former playboy playmate who is now a member of Mensa and a graduate of Life School of Chiropractic. Mensa is a real life version of the Latnok Society.
