Anna Manfredi was Professor William Kern's research assistant at the University of Washington.

During Kyle visit to the university, she spoke with Anna, who didn't recognize Kyle. He told him and Lori about Kern's research with brain power. Kyle insisted on taking Kern's tests.
Anna was impressed. While she spoke with Lori and Declan, Kyle noticed a picture of himself in 1985. Anna went to find out who that was in the picture.
The next day, Anna returned to Kyle the following morning with a secretary, Lily, who worked at the University during the eighties. She remarked on how similar Kyle looked to Adam Baylin.
